Immerse yourself in the beauty and presence of the natural world on a mindful forest bathing walk with certified guide Gretchen Williams of Golden Hour Journeys. On this slow-paced, gentle walk, we’ll enjoy a guided meditation and then tap into our senses while connecting with nature and ourselves. Please dress for the weather, with comfortable shoes and sunscreen. Option to bring lightweight item to sit on and/or a drink. All fitness and experience levels welcome! Participants will meet at the entrance to the Frank Stanley Beveridge Wildlife Sanctuary located across from the Rec Field, just after the picnic area and restrooms. Parking is located right across from the entrance using Gate 1 (400 Western Ave in your GPS.)
Space is limited and registration is required, please register for the date you wish to attend on the event page on our website, www.stanleypark.org. Suggested donation of $10 per person.
