Forest bathing is a slow, silent, sensory walk in nature. It is based on the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, which has been shown to help people improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Sessions start at 10 am and finish by 1 pm. $40 cash or Venmo (see our website for more details). Pre-registration is required, as space is limited.
