Slow down, awaken your senses, and experience the restorative benefits of mindful time in nature.
About this Event

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, also known as Forest Bathing, this gentle wellbeing walk encourages sensory awareness, presence, and a deeper connection with the natural world.

This is not a hike or fitness walk. The pace is relaxed and suitable for adults seeking the peaceful and grounding effects of spending time outdoors.

Together we will explore:

🌿 mindful walking
🌳 grounding techniques
👁 sensory awareness practices
🍃 quiet moments of reflection and stillness
🌱 connection with the natural environment

Ongoing scientific research suggests that spending time in nature may help support:

💚 relaxation and stress reduction
🧠 concentration and mental clarity
⚡ energy and overall wellbeing
💓 cardiovascular and metabolic health
😌 emotional balance and resilience

Many participants describe feeling more grounded, refreshed, mentally lighter, and deeply restored after the experience.

✨ Nature is the best healer and it is free.

Organiser and guide

Elizabeth@NatureConnect

As a biologist and holistic health practitioner, I am passionate about fostering meaningful connections with nature, both within and beyond London. With a focus on rejuvenating experiences, I guide participants to slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and engage in practices that promote relaxation and reduce stress.

Trained in a variety of healing modalities, I blend my expertise in biology, wellness, and mindfulness to create calming, transformative experiences for individuals and groups alike. Whether in the heart of nature or through mindful activities, my aim is to nurture both body and mind, helping others achieve a sense of balance and well-being.

I organised and guided several forest bathing events in London (for a charity) and privately in countryside locations.
