Awaken your senses during this special Autumn immersion. We will celebrate the Celtic festival of Samhain, the end of the harvest. Sacred Slieve Gullion mountain is a perfect place to deepen your spiritual connection with nature. Forest Therapy Practitioner, Ann will support you to slow down, rest and reconnect with nature. Forest Bathing is an evidence-based, wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980’s as a stress prevention intervention. . We will celebrate the harvest season with a tea ceremony of organic wild apple & cinnamon tea and shortbread from a local bakery.
