Mark your calendars to celebrate the spring equinox at Pineland Farms with our partner Hughes Kraft for a special Forest Bathing experience. Hughes is a Certified Nature Forest Therapy Guide and loves to share his knowledge and love of the spectacular landscapes of Maine uniquely.
Forest Bathing is a two-hour opportunity to slow down and connect with oneself while connecting with nature. It is not a destination hike or a naturalist walk. It is an invitation to explore the relationship between being human and the more-than-human world. It is a time to connect with the health and wellness within oneself and quiet the nervous system.
