Something magical is brewing for late October, and you are invited to be part of an exclusive, intentional afternoon. I am thrilled to announce a special, pop-up Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) Immersion at a brand-new, stunning location: Songbird Farm—a beautiful, peaceful hidden sanctuary.As the autumn wheel turns, this is your invitation to slow down your nervous system, breathe in crisp fresh air, and connect deeply with the changing land.Your Experience Includes:
- Welcome & Connection: We will gather to share a bit about the beautiful farm, introduce the practice of Forest Bathing, and settle our bodies with gentle movement and breathwork.
- Guided Offerings & Sit Spots: You will be invited to find your own rhythm and connection through tailored invitations. Choose from creative storytelling with the land or animals, hammocking in the trees, creating nature art, or quiet animal observation.
- Tea Circle: We will conclude our immersion by coming back together as a group to share our experiences over a warm, intentional tea circle.
Make a Day of It!
This immersion is part of the farm's broader "Slow Living Sunday" festivities. The Forest Bathing immersion runs from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, but you are warmly welcome to arrive early or stay after to enjoy the other farm happenings! Explore the storybook trail, meet the resident animals, browse the yard and bake sales, or participate in seed collecting.Event Details & Registration:
