I invite you to join a Forest Bathing experience that will help you slow down, connect with nature, and find inner peace. This is not just an ordinary nature walk. As a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner, I will guide you through a sensory journey designed to help you rediscover the soothing effects of the natural world. It’s a wonderful way to release the stress of a busy week.
**What to Expect:**
You will be part of a group of up to 15 participants. You'll be encouraged to slow down and focus on your senses to reconnect with nature. There will be opportunities for creative activities and sharing circles, allowing you to share and integrate your experiences. Participation in these activities is optional, and you are invited to discover your own unique way of connecting with nature.
The experience is not physically demanding; however, it is common for participants to be able to walk. In future sessions, we will also accommodate those with mobility issues who wish to join the Forest Bathing walk.
