Slow down, step away from the demands of daily life, and reconnect with the present moment through nature, mindfulness, and sound.
This gentle outdoor experience combines elements of forest bathing and sound meditation to support nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and overall well-being. Together, we'll explore simple practices that encourage us to engage our senses, deepen our awareness, and connect more fully with the natural world around us.
Unlike a hike, forest bathing is not focused on distance or physical exertion. Instead, we'll move slowly, pause often, and use guided invitations to notice the sights, sounds, textures, scents, and sensations that are often overlooked in our busy lives. The experience will conclude with a relaxing sound meditation designed to help you settle into a deeper sense of calm and presence.
This event is accessible to most individuals and requires only a low level of physical activity. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
Come as you are and allow yourself time to slow down, reconnect with nature, and give your nervous system an opportunity to rest.
