I will be running these Retreats 1 Sunday a month at a Private Woodland Area at Attenborough Nature Reserve
We will have Women Only Sessions, Mixed Sessions & Family Sessions
It's £20 per adult and £10 per child

The Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, or Forest Bathing, is good for both physical and mental wellbeing. It is proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and free up creativity, as well as lower heart rate and blood pressure, boost the immune system and accelerate recovery from illness.
The sessions will include Reiki Drumming Ceremonies Reiki drumming can have many benefits, including:
Relaxation, Drumming can induce a deep state of relaxation and release tension.
Pain relief: Drumming can help control pain and grief by promoting the production of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers.
Improved mood: Drumming can alter your mood and enhance your immunity.

Shamanic journeying: Drumming can allow a Reiki practitioner to dive into shamanic journeying for deeper guidance and insight on a client.
