Come join us for a day of relaxation and creativity at Rushcliffe Country Park! Immerse yourself in the calming practice of forest bathing as you are gently guided through mindfulness invitations within our beautiful private woodlands. Let nature rejuvenate your mind and body.

Afterwards, get crafty and make your own winter wreath using natural materials found in the forest. Add a touch of seasonal charm to your home with your handmade creation.

This event is the perfect way to unwind and get into the holiday spirit. Don't miss out on this unique experience!

The event will be led by a trained Nature Therapy Practitioner and Forest School Leader.

Please note: this event takes place entirely outside, and therefore you are strongly encouraged to wrap up warmly. There will a shelter set up in the event of rain, and if conditions allow then a small campfire in the event of cold weather.
