The Foreclosure Prevention & Homebuyer Summit brings HUD-approved housing counselors, lenders, and trusted community partners together for one afternoon in the City of South Fulton. Come with your questions. Leave with a plan.
If you've fallen behind on your mortgage, or you're worried you might, you are not alone — and you have options. Knowledgeable counselors will be on site to walk you through them, one-on-one and at no cost.
What you can do at the Summit
Choose from educational breakout sessions led by professionals:

- Home Buying Process — a clear, step-by-step path to ownership
- Credit Wellness — practical ways to build and repair your credit
- Reverse Mortgage — guidance for homeowners age 62+

- Wellness — caring for your health alongside your finances
You'll also be able to meet a variety of community resources and vendors throughout the day for personal help and local services.
