About this Event
Real estate investors join our Foreclosure Auction Tourđź“ŤBayou City Event Center
First Tuesday of the month, at 9:30 AM, we’ll be on location at the Houston foreclosure auction to walk you through how it really works—live, in real time.
You’ll see:
- Where and how investors gather before the sale
- How to locate the trustees and follow the auctioneer
- How opening bids and increments are called out
- Where people go wrong with deposits, bids, and due diligence
- Practical tips for staying safe and avoiding costly wipe-out mistakes
This is a walking tour, not a classroom session. You’ll be able to ask questions as we move through the auction area so you can understand the process before you ever risk a dollar bidding.

- Newer investors who’ve never been to the foreclosure auction
- Investors who’ve been once or twice but still feel confused or overwhelmed
- Anyone planning to bid and wanting to avoid expensive beginner mistakes
