Thinking about buying a home but not sure where to start? Join us for a Home Buyer Seminar designed to help you understand the process before making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

We’ll walk through the home buying process from start to finish, including what happens before, during, and after going under contract. We’ll also explain inspections, timelines, negotiations, and common mistakes first-time buyers make—and how to avoid them.

We’ll also cover new home construction and how buying a brand-new home from a builder can be different from purchasing an existing home.

A loan officer will be present to discuss financing options and answer lending questions, and Spanish-speaking real estate agents and loan officers will be available to help answer questions if needed.

This is a relaxed, informative event where you can learn, ask questions, and better understand the path to homeownership.
