Overview

Golf, community, and a good cause. Association Latinos hosts its inaugural Fore La Causa Golf Outing at South Shore Golf Course, one of Chicago's historic lakefront courses. Nine holes, a cart, lunch, and an afternoon with the people building the future of Latino leadership in associations.

This is our first year, and we are starting the way we mean to continue: relaxed, welcoming, and rooted in community. You do not need a handicap or a foursome. You need a willingness to play, connect, and support the work.

Who should attend

Association professionals, partners, and friends of AL. Bring a colleague, build a foursome, or come solo. Single players are welcome and will be paired into a group, which is often the best way to meet someone new in the field.

What to bring

Comfortable or golf attire. Clubs if you have them, or reserve rentals at registration. Bring your confirmation for check-in, and a substitute is welcome if you register and cannot make it.

Getting there

South Shore Golf Course, 7059 South Shore Drive, Chicago. Set along the lakefront on the city's South Side, the course is one of Chicago's oldest and a fitting place to gather.

Why we play

Fore La Causa raises support for Association Latinos' mission to increase and advance Latino leadership in associations. Every registration advances that work. This is more than a round of golf. It is a way to invest in the professionals and community carrying this field forward.
