Come join us for a festive evening at Biga on the Banks! Enjoy a delicious dinner before heading out to watch the Ford Holiday Parade from your prime riverside seat. It's the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with great food and a spectacular parade. Don't miss out on this exciting event!

How it works...

Dinner: Once you arrive, you will be seated at a table in the Biga dining room where you will be ordering from a 3 course menu. The ticket price includes food (orderd from the Holiday River Parade menu), your parade seat, tax and gratuity. Any additional items like drinks will be billed to you and payment will be made before any guests in your party claim thier parade seats.

Biga doors open at 5pm. (We ask that all parade package participants arrive no later than 5:30. This will allow you enough time to eat dinner before the parade starts.)

Our menus are always a work in progress. Chef inspiration could cause this menu to change, but, here is how it is shaping up so far...

Adults $125* / Kids 12 and under $75*

*Price includes Dinner (see menu below), parade seat, tax and gratuity. Other items (drinks, or any additional items will be billed before you move to your parade seats.

1st Course: Choice of
Turkey Pozole Verde, garnished with cabbage, radish, jalapeno, lime and cilantro

Mixed tender greens, spinach, radicchio & frisee, apples and pears, dried cranberries, green pumpkin seeds, tiny tomatoes, crumbled feta, apple cider vinaigrette

Seafood Trio, Preserved lemon & crab salad, House smoked salmon on blini with caper crème fraiche and salmon roe, Gulf shrimp cocktail

Sampler of Caramelized onion & tomato tartlet, Brie en Croute with pear chutney, Cucumber bite with herbed hummus

Sampling of Classic beef Yorkshire pudding with horseradish cream, Antipasti, Benton’s Smoked Country Ham with pretzels, pickles & whole seed mustard

2nd Course: Choice of
Seared Natural Sea Scallops & Gulf Shrimp, spicy sweet potato puree, charred tomato and red onion, lemon gremolata

American Red Snapper or North Sea Salmon, Moroccan couscous, harissa roasted carrots, tahini chermoula, pomegranate, honey whipped goat cheese, pistachio dukkah

Herb Roasted Beef, crispy confit potatoes, carrots, parsnips, mushrooms, jammy tomato, Worcestershire steak sauce, bearnaise

Mustard crusted Australian Lamb Rack, cheesy Texas grits, marinated feta, green beans, mushroom veal reduction

Butternut Squash Cappelletti, tomato sage consommé, chanterelles, honey roasted pinenuts, Calabrian chili vinaigrette, crispy sage

Apple cake with cranberry compote & crème fraiche ice cream

Chocolate Mousse with Brandied cherries, vanilla whipped cream, chocolate cigarettes

Sweet Potato Sticky, English custard sauce, salted caramel, cinnamon tuile, orange confit

Pie Trio, pumpkin, pecan, apple crumble

Turkey and cheese quesadillas with fruit & fries
Beef, mashed potatoes, green vegetable
Chicken fingers, fries, and fruit
Pasta, alfredo or marinara, with turkey or shrimp Dessert: Choice of cookie, brownie, or berries with ice cream

Once dinner is finished you will vacate your table and grab your riverside seat to view the parade.

Parade: The parade will be in our area right at 7pm. Parade seats are located on the river side of the International Center (We'll point you in the right direction!). Seats are randomly assigned. If you wish to have parade seats next to family or friends that have also purchased Biga Day of the Dead River Parade tickets, please indicate this when we confirm your reservation. Requests for specific parade seat placement will not be considered.

A limited bar will be available to purchase drinks during the first half of the parade. Keep in mind that glass containers are allowed on the River Walk during the parade.

THIS IS A "RAIN OR SHINE EVENT". If the parade is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, we still welcome you to enjoy the Day of the Dead Menu.

Parking: Probably not! Biga usually is able to offer $10 parking on a first come first serve basis to our guests. HOWEVER, PARADE NIGHTS ARE PROBLEMATIC FOR ANY PARKING DOWNTOWN. WE SUGGEST RIDE SHARE SERVICES LIKE LYFT OR UBER to get you downtown.
