Trippelt bråkete kveld på UFFA når Forcefed Horsehead, Shaving the Werewolf og Ghetto Ghouls braker sammen lørdag 16.november.
FORCEFED HORSEHEAD;
Forcefed Horsehead er lyden av apokalypsen.
Under beskrivelsen «Norsk grindpunk» befinner de seg i krysningspunktet mellom death metal, punk, hardcore, black metal, postrock, prog, galskap og generelt hysteri. Ingen kompromisser, ingen regler!
For de av oss med et halvt øye på norsk undergrunn og en lurende fetish for rapt repeterende skarptromme så er Forcefed Horsehead et veletablert navn. Kvintetten har herjet scener i Oslo og Norge for øvrig i en liten bandsalder nå. Stadig hissig, kjapp i vendingene og særdeles veldreid har denne gjengen hakket seg sin helt egne plass i den norske musikkscenen.
SHAVING THE WEREWOLF;
Shaving the Werewolf have played disagreeable music for disagreeable people since they were founded in 2010.
Birthed from power violence, noise rock and mathcore, they have chopped up their parents and put them back together into an uncanny chimera which would make dr. Frankenstein green with envy.
Known for live shows as intense and horrid as their music which have left audiences both gagged and worried. Described as a car crash unfolding in slow motion or a person smashing their head into a brick wall for eternity, it is a sight which will leave your eyes sore and your ears in worse condition.
Having churned up moshpits at Høstsabbath, given metal extremists Rotten Sound and God Mother competition about being the most outrageous and mooning swedish model Vendela Kirsebom, these rat fink hardcore pioneers will leave a mark on (if not scar) your psyche.
During their abysmal journey, Shaving the Werewolf have released several eps, singles and a full length album, among others a split-tape with Bergens hardcore antiheroes Utflod.
Most recently they released an ep called God Whisperer, recieving reviews questioning the state of the band's mental health and pondering if listening to the EP could negatively affect yours.
This sewer surfing band was forged in the fires of absurdism and tempered in the waters of sardonicism.
God was declared dead in 1883 and Shaving the Werewolf are proud desecrators of His bloated, rotting corpse.
GHETTO GHOULS;
Trondheims egne Ghetto Ghouls er tilbake i hjembyen med sin knallharde crossover thrash bare en måned etter releasegig (!). Nettopp for å gjøre en skitnere, villere, råere utgave av settet, kun Uffa-huset verdig. Låter fra sommerens nye EP, låter fra høstens nye album, noen eldre låter fra katalogen og kanskje noen coverlåter. Piggtråd!
