Foraging Workshop with Hyde & Co & Hendricks 30th June 2024

After a hugely successful series of foraging cocktail workshops last year, we're delighted to bring back our early summer session in conjunction with the wonderful Maria at Healing Weeds and our friends at Hendricks Gin.

You'll be able to delve into the fascinating world of foraging and herbalism, reconnect with nature, and discover the amazing array of wild ingredients right on our doorstep, as we take you on a foraging adventure right here in Bristol, before learning how to use readily available, natural and seasonal ingredients in your own cocktail making!

You’ll be welcomed with a drink at Hyde & Co before joining Maria of Healing Weeds, a foraging expert based in Bristol, who will take you on a guided tour around Brandon Hill. You’ll explore the vast range of wild ingredients including hogweed, elderflowers and much more, before collecting your own ingredients and returning to Hyde & Co where our expert bartenders will teach you a variety of different methods to create your own dried plants, powders and syrups, before sampling them in a specially created cocktails using the exceptional Hendricks Gin.

Tickets are £35 and include your tutored foraging tour around Brandon Hill, an educational session with our bartenders and two cocktails, as well as an educational booklet to take home.
