Join IYE for a walk in the woods and learn about the tasty wild foods that you can harvest in April! ๐ฑDuring this class we'll be focusing on the abundance of wild foods that you can find in spring, from greens to roots, mushrooms and more.
You'll learn how to identify wild foods, what to use them for and how to prepare them, where to find them and other helpful insight to embrace the joys of foraging this season.
We hope you'll grab a jacket and join us in seeing what the forest has to share!
All ages are welcome. No experience in the outdoors is necessary.

๐ Instructor Qualifications: Luke Venechuk, experienced foraging instructor & Certified Wild Mushroom Expert with MDARD and the State of Michigan.
๐ $22 or as low as $15 with your IYE class pack
๐ Kids under 12 are free (must be accompanied by an adult)
๐ Class max is 18, all registrations handled in advance, so don't forget to sign up.
