Join IYE foraging guides Katie and Luke for a walk in the woods and learn about the tasty wild foods that you can harvest in September! 🌱During this newly expanded 1.5-hr class we'll be focusing on the ABUNDANCE of wild foods that you can find in late summer - from mushrooms to greens, fruits, nuts, ingredients for wild teas and more. We'll also place some focus on edible invasive species. You'll learn how to identify wild foods, what to use them for and how to prepare them, where to find them and other helpful insight to embrace the joys of foraging this season.
We hope you'll come and join us in seeing what the forest has to share!
All ages are welcome. No experience in the outdoors is necessary.
Classes tend to fill early. Sign up soon if you'd like to join!
