Join us Saturday, April 26th at Dudley Farm in North Guilford for a class on Foraging and Fermenting. CT Foraging Club founder Amy Demers and forager & chef Vinny Crotta will be co-teaching this class. Participants will learn how to positively identify edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms that could be found this time of year. We will go on a walk to practice plant and mushroom ID. Participants will then have an opportunity to practice making their own wild ferments to bring home.
This class will be $35 per person. 10% of ticket sales will go towards a donation to the Dudley Foundation. To reserve your spot, email [email protected] with the full name of all participants. You will be emailed further details the day before the class.
We will run the class rain or shine.
