Reconnect with nature: A guided foraging and forest immersion experience
Take time out to rediscover the abundance of the living world around you
•Learn to identify a variety of edible plants, berries, flowers, nuts, seaweeds and mushrooms
•Pause for a nourishing wild food snack (please let me know of any allergies)
•Slow down with a 15min forest bath where we open our senses to the natural sights, sounds and smells
•Enjoy a fun and relaxing creative drawing exercise- no talent or drawings skills needed, just curiosity and a sense of wonder
Whether you are new to foraging or an experienced nature lover, this course will inform, renew and ground your relationship with the land, your body and your creativity
