Join Tinker's Creek Watershed Partners, Spice Catering's Executive Chef, and catering team for an intimate evening that begins where all great food does — in the landscape. Every dish on your plate tells the story of Northeast Ohio's forests, fields, and farms, foraged and sourced with intention, then transformed into a seasonal dinner you won't find anywhere else.

Your ticket includes a curated multi-course dinner, one complimentary drink ticket, expert talks from voices at the forefront of sustainable foraging, and an exclusive tour of CLE Urban Winery's urban winemaking operation. And before you leave, take a piece of the evening home — native herbs and culinary plants will be available for purchase so you can start growing your own wild pantry.

Expert Talks: Sustainable Foraging & Wild Food | 7:15 – 8:00 PM
Learn from the people who know these landscapes best — conversations on foraging ethics, wild ingredient preparation, and what it means to eat in season.

Winery Tours: CLE Urban Winery | 8:00 – 9:00 PM
Step behind the scenes of Cleveland's own urban winery for an exclusive look at their craft and process.

Music, Mingling & Native Plant Sale | 8:00 – 10:00 PM
Close out the evening with good music, great company, and a curated selection of native herbs and culinary plants available to purchase and take home — grown for the garden, inspired by the table.

Note: Expert Talks, Winery Tours, and the Music & Mingling/Plant Sale overlap in the final hours — guests are welcome to move freely between all three.
