Join Sammie, experienced forager and folk herbalist as we delve into the world of Summer foraging.
Sammie will run through safe identification, culinary uses and suggested recipes and even a little of their nutritional and medicinal properties. Summer is a wonderful time to get out amongst the hedgerows and meadows.
After the forage:
Sammie will demo some of the most fun ways to connect with wild ingredients, by incorporating them in to a wild, foraged drinks and cocktails.
You will sample three drinks crafted from the wild plants and flowers that are in season. Ingredients will be foraged from the meadows and hedgerows to create herbal bitters, floral syrups, liqueurs and infused spirits.
You will then be treated to a few of these and come home with several recipe cards to recreate them at home.
£54 per person
