On Thursday, November 12, For The Love welcomes one of underground house music’s most respected DJs and producers to Cat Alley Street for an exclusive vinyl set. This is a rare opportunity to experience Hector Moralez in an intimate club setting, taking us back to the roots of house music while celebrating where the culture has evolved today.
Rising from Oakland, California, Hector has spent decades earning a worldwide reputation for deep, soulful, groove-driven house music. His signature sound blends Latin rhythms, jazz, funk, soul and infectious basslines into powerful sets that have captivated dance floors across the globe.
Hector has toured extensively throughout Europe, North America and beyond, performing at legendary clubs and events including Sankeys Ibiza, as well as appearances throughout Ibiza, Paris, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Oakland and many other international destinations.
As a producer, his music has appeared on some of underground house music’s most respected labels, including Robsoul, Simma Black, Tango Recordings, Music For Freaks, Pacha Recordings and many more. His productions continue to receive support from influential artists such as DJ Sneak, Derrick Carter, Doc Martin, Mark Farina, Chris Carrier and Apollonia.
This special night celebrates the roots of house music—the warmth of vinyl, timeless grooves, and the journey that continues to inspire dance floors around the world.
