MEET THE CHEF

Christopher Hewitt is the Executive Chef of Southern Graces and Hewitt Oaks. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. and has extraordinary talent and experience. Christopher worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, claimed an Iron Chef Victory, prepared dinner for Julia Child, and has earned many other awards and accolades, including Bluffton Today's Best Chef in Bluffton. He's an expert at taking everyday favorites and turning them into an extraordinary culinary experience!

VALENTINE'S ROMANCE PACKAGE

Treat you and your Valentine to a luxurious overnight stay and exquisite Sunday Brunch at Hewitt House! You’ll be welcomed with champagne and chocolates on arrival as well as an exclusive pre-dinner Cocktail Hour at Hewitt House (only for guests staying at the house).

Romance is in the air throughout Hewitt House, with a wood-burning fire in the Family Room for popcorn & movies, the Living Room with fireplace for relaxing after dinner, enjoy a cigar in the Cigar Lounge, or indulge in the spacious Hot Tub in the Pool Garden. Meander as you please, and take it all in. Photo ops abound, so capture some selfies with your Love!

THE LOCATION

Hewitt Oaks is just five minutes from Palmetto Bluff, surrounded by sweeping Lowcountry views and graceful moss-laden oaks. The Valentine's Gourmet Dinner will be served in the Lowcountry elegance of Gracie Ballroom, a double-height space with grand fireplace and balcony. Hewitt House is located just a short stroll from the Ballroom. This luxurious bed and breakfast opened in spring 2025 and features opulent French-inspired decor with all the amenities for a relaxing retreat.

THE DETAILS

Table reservations for the Gourmet Valentine's Dinner are available for 2, 4, 6, or 8 so you can all sit together! Cost is $249 per couple + tax. Gratuity may be made evening of with cash, check or Venmo. 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable.

The Valentine’s Romance Package starts at $799 per couple, including dinner. When making your reservation, scroll to the Valentine’s Romance Package section to select your room. Room prices include Valentine's Dinner for two, VIP Cocktail Hour, Sunday Brunch and all applicable taxes.
