Join us at the library for a free community seminar with local attorney Lanie Brown, designed to help you understand the basics of estate planning and feel confident about protecting what matters most.Lanie will introduce nontraditional topics, such as property characterization, Texas’s “default estate plan,” common law marriage, non-probate tools, and preparing for incapacity. Consider how to get your affairs in order so your wishes will be honored.
To make it easier to attend, this seminar will be offered in both a morning and evening session. Attendees only need to attend one session. Please choose the session that works best for your schedule.
