Alabama and Auburn fans, get ready for the big game by running our For The Good 5K with us! Choose your team shirt and join us in some friendly competition November 22, 2025! Run, walk, or cheer for your friends while they run. Enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere with a live DJ and inflatables. Runners will be treated by Sweet Home Coffee, and receive swag bags and medals. Those who place will be recognized and receive a certificate. Our 5K will be completed on a certified USATF course and timer. You don't have to be local to South Alabama - we have a virtual option! (Virtual runners are not guaranteed a certificate and/or medal.)
This is a race to benefit children and their adoptive families through the non-profit Oath. Oath helps unite adoptive families with their children from around the world through financial grants and encouragement. All profits from the race will go directly to adoptive families for their adoption fees.
