The Foothills Scout Expo is an exciting annual event that brings together Scouts from all over the district to showcase their skills, creativity, and teamwork. This fun-filled day features a variety of interactive activities, including a campsite demonstration, first aid challenges, orienteering, fishing, shooting sports, games, and more offering Scouts an opportunity to learn and demonstrate their knowledge in a supportive environment.The Scout Expo fosters leadership, community engagement, and friendly competition while highlighting the core values of Scouting: responsibility, self-reliance, and service. The Foothills Scout Expo also serves as a platform for Scouts to connect with peers, share experiences, and build lasting friendships. This event also serves as a recruitment opportunity as we invite members of the public to join in on the fun and see what Scouting has to offer. Foothills Scouting units are encouraged to not only attend the Expo themselves, but to bring friends and family who are interested in joining Scouting.
