Feeling sluggish and want to give your immune system a fresh boost? This class will teach you the health benefits of fermenting foods & drinks as well as how they are made. We will have products & kits available on site to purchase.
Bone broth is a simple yet very powerful cleansing and healing drink. The benefits of broths and how to make them will be addressed.
We will have samples for you to try, and handouts & encouragement will be given to all! We hope you can join us for a fun day of learning how to heal from within.
