Join the City of Des Plaines as we kick-start the summer at Rosemary S. Argus Friendship Park and Conservatory! Enjoy live music by Whiskey Mil (beginning at 5:30 p.m.), food trucks, local artisans, bubble activities, and more with the whole family. Food trucks include Hawaiian Food Truck, Frozen Dreamz, Kori's Koop, Panzi's, Pinoy Grill, Culinary Gangster, and Churros Y Chocolate.- Parking lot entrance is on Kolpin Drive, off Algonquin Road. Overflow parking will be available at Friendship Junior High School.
- Limited seating is available. Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets.
- Portable restrooms and indoor facilities will be available.
- In addition to trash waste bins, we will have composting and recycling bins available at the Sustainability Station.
