!!! They're Back !!!About this pop up:
Almost everything is made from scratch. Our big hit drink is our Strawberry Horchata agua fresca. (I've literally had grown biker men in tears over it!). I can guarantee you've never had horchata like this before!
My birria/quesabirrias were such a huge hit that I initially only offered it as a specialty once a month item but now I added it to the menu permanently. My secret is really the consome, it's very rich and full of flavor.
My taquitos/flautas are hand rollled by me. These are spectacular, I can guarantee your customers have never had anything like it before. I load them up in my own special way, it's a recipe I've come up with on my own. It's a must to try. I have clients who follow me everywhere for them! I've had restaurant owners who sell taquitos and come to buy mine because they taste so good!
The taco meat is all hand cut by us, all very good quality (USDA CHOICE). We marinade the meats in my own marinade recipe.
We also make loaded fries that are a huge hit.
Everything on my menu is gluten free, including the fish tacos, EXCEPT for the quesadillas (flour tortillas). I make it that way because my spouse is gluten intolerant and I know the struggle it is to find good alternative eats.
I also offer vegetarian options:
Potato taquitos, mexican elotes (street corn), salsa and chips.
