Food Stories from the Middle East: Hello from Scotland!

Hello from Kilmarnock! Join us for a mouth-watering session with Zarina Ahmad, a PhD Researcher in politics at the School of Social Sciences at the University of Manchester, sharing stories about food from 10 women who are all from different countries across the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.

They will share information about their culture, homeland and what sustainability means in the food they eat through delicious recipes.

These recipes are endowed upon us with love to create again and again, bringing the aromas and taste of the Middle East into our homes.
