FLUF Østjylland will introduce the concept of food sovereignty and provide inspiration for making collages of the future food production in and around Aarhus.

Hvordan skal Aarhus blive selvforsynende med mad dyrket af mennesker næsten indenfor cykelafstand af bymidten. Mad, som vi har indflydelse på og ret til at forme efter vores ønsker?
Begrebet madsuverænitet vil blive introduceret af FLUF Østjylland og være inspiration til at lave collager om fremtidens madproduktion i og omkring Aarhus faciliteret af MS’ Klimaretfærdighedsgruppe.
