Practical training for customer-facing staff at food establishments.
About this Event

The Town of Concord's Food Safety Training Program aims to ensure the highest standards of food safety for all local food establishments.

The program is presented by the Town’s Health and Economic Vitality divisions using a federal ARPA grant.

Food Safety 101 is a 2-hour training conducted by Berger Food Safety Consulting. Learn the foundations such as prevention of cross-contamination, procedures for cleaning and sanitizing, safe temperatures, and more. Choose one of two dates - Tuesday, March 10 or Wednesday, March 18. Both sessions start at 9:30 am.

This course will be available in English with simultaneous Portuguese interpretation.

The training is available for free to individuals in Concord-based businesses and organizations.

Please reserve tickets with the name and email address of each individual who will be attending. After registration info will be sent to all holding a reserved seat.
