Have you ever wanted to make your own shelf stable meats? Prepare and cook a large batch of your favorite this summer to enjoy this winter! Want to learn how?Join Natalie Taul, Grayson County Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences, on June 18th OR 21st for hands-on experience canning turkey using the pressure canning method!
Two class dates and times are available; please only register for the one that best fits your schedule. There are a limited number of seats available for each class. The first 15 people will be registered; once filled, a waiting list will be created. Each class will take place at the Grayson County Extension Office, located at 64 Quarry Road in Leitchfield, KY.

*The Pressure Canning class will be offered twice. Please select the class time that works best.
*You must have attended the Intro to Home Canning class in the past 3 years to be able to attend the hands-on water bath and pressure canning classes.
