Our food truck was born out of love, inspired by my husband’s faithful companion, his beloved Mercedes. What started as a simple van has been transformed into a mobile kitchen filled with warmth, spices, and dreams.
From the stunning shores of the Isle of Bute to the historic streets of Edinburgh, we bring the authentic flavours of Sri Lanka to every corner of Scotland. Our wee van may be small, but it carries something precious: the recipes and traditions passed down through generations, infused with the love of our homeland.
We haven’t forgotten our roots, yet we’re not afraid to explore new horizons. Our fusion menus celebrate the beautiful marriage of Sri Lankan heritage and Scottish ingredients, creating dishes that tell a story of two worlds coming together.
Every dish we serve is crafted with passion and purpose. We’re proud to partner with local farms, sourcing the freshest seasonal vegetables that Scotland has to offer. It’s our way of honouring both the land that welcomed us and the traditions that shaped us.
