Bon Appétit! by Lee Hoiby: Spend an afternoon with Julia Child as she makes a chocoloate cake. Child brought the culinary world to America and into people's homes with her iconic television show, "The French Chef"(recently a drama series on HBO). You will want to see how she creates a cake before your eyes in a most operatic way!

The Cook-Off by S. Okpebholo and libretto by M. Campbell: Who has watched those TV shows that feature contestants vying for a prize for the best dish? Well, get ready for an enhanced experience with this opera that features a TV Show called "America Loves Food" and three contestants who compete to win the $100,000 prize for the best Mac 'N Cheese. A funny and also touching production, three very different chefs from different cultures with make this a memorable experience.
