🥫 Food Giveaway Information🕔 Time: 5:00–7:00 PM
🚶 Walk-ups begin at: 6:15 PM
🪪 Photo ID required

📌 Important Pickup Rules
• 🚗 ONLY 2 food boxes per vehicle
(unless a physical person is present and matched to their ID)
• If picking up for multiple households in the same vehicle, each household must:
o Be present, OR
o Provide proper written permission and ID (see below)

✍️ If Someone Is Picking Up Food for You
If you are working, homebound, or unable to attend, you must complete the following for EACH food giveaway:
1️⃣ Permission Letter
Write a note that states:
“I, (your full name), give permission for (full name of person picking up) to pick up a food box for my household from The Salvation Army. There are ___ people in my household, ages ___.”
• 🗓️ Must be dated
• ✍️ Must be signed
• ⏰ Valid for the current day only
2️⃣ Photo ID Required
The person picking up for you must have a copy of your photo ID
📱 A photo on their phone or a photocopy is acceptable

📲 Check-In / Sign-In Instructions
• 🪧 Yard signs along the route will display a phone number to text
• 📩 After texting, you’ll receive a link to a sign-in form
• ✅ Complete the form and click “I understand”
• ⏱️ You’ll receive a confirmation screen with a date & time stamp
• 📸 Take a screenshot and show it to staff in the parking lot
📱 Please keep your confirmation on your phone or screenshot it
📋 No smartphone or uncomfortable with online forms?
No problem — staff can sign you in using a tablet.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SIGN-IN NOTES
• 🚫 DO NOT sign in until the day of the event
• 📅 If your confirmation does not show the CURRENT date, you will need to sign in again
• 🔁 Sign in ONE TIME ONLY
Signing in multiple times will not result in additional food boxes

• 📦 Please have a clear area in your trunk or vehicle for loading
• 🔓 Trunks should be popped open or vehicle doors unlocked
• 🚫 Do not block driveways
• 🚑 Please be prepared to move if emergency vehicles need access
