Join us for an exciting storytelling session with researcher Ahrong Yang followed by a delightful community dinner prepared by the renowned chefs of Send Flere Krydderier!Ahrong is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Culture and Learning at Aalborg University, where she also obtained her PhD in February 2022.
Ahrong’s research lies within the interdisciplinary field of critical race studies and critical childhood studies. She is particularly interested in children’s racialized lived experiences and how intersections of race and age sustain and inform ideas of innocence, justice, and feelings of protection for all, but especially non-white children and youth.
The event will be held in English.
