Welcome to Primal PlayWhen we feel safe, we play.
Just like animals we can connect without words. Through the language of movement, touch, sound, and breath, we immerse ourselves in a space, where we meet others without words, allowing each encounter to unfold from the rawness of the moment. This workshop invites for authentic connections without the goals, judgments, or expectations.
Here, everything is welcome, whether it's soft cuddling, wrestling, playful moments, or heartfelt tears.
Primal Play is a brave space, allowing you to practice moving towards what you want and away from what you don't. It provides an opportunity to explore with your curiosity, honor your desires, and feel your boundaries through the language of the body.
What will happen?
The main part of the workshop is Primal Play — a non-verbal practice where you and another person meet on a mat to explore what naturally comes alive between you. How does your body want to move? What feels authentic and enjoyable? To support you into feeling more connected with your body, we’ll begin with simple embodiment exercises—first on your own, then with others. I’ll be guiding you throughout, and everything is optional. It’s all about tuning into what feels right for you in the moment. The exercises invite you to move intuitively and listen to your body’s guidance.
Primal Play is a practice from Embodied Intimacy and is inspired from Ritual Play.

Who can join?
Anyone is welcome and no previous experience is needed. Every exercise is voluntary and there will be rotating pairs, giving you the freedom to choose who you want to pair up with.
Refund Policy: You can get 50% back until 2 weeks before the event if you for any reason want to cancel. Within 2 weeks before a refund is not possible, but you are always welcome to sell it/give it to someone else and inform me about it.

About the facilitator:
My passion is to explore slow intimacy and authenticity in relationships. I am a certified Gestalt Practitioner and I hold space for couples, individuals and groups for gentle relational healing through practices like Primal Play and Tantric Ropes. I have a background of studying and working with Embodied Intimacy for several years and have dedicated have work to embodiment and authentic connection.
