This program shares the life-changing benefits of a plant-based nutrition approach for diabetes management and prevention.
About this Event

The classes work to translate complex scientific nutrition information into simple and easy

meals. Each Food for Life nutrition and cooking class features a nutrition lecture and a live

cooking demonstration—both within a supportive group setting.

This is a 5 week series. We will be wrapping around 7:30 to be cleaned and out of the venue by 8:00.
