Join us as we embark on a culinary experience integrating Native Plants into exquisite dishes.

• We encourage you to carpool or use public transportation to and from the event if possible. The two nearest bus stop is the stop "Gonzalez and Gallatin" on routes 18 c & 19 , and stop "Ventura Road and Gonzalez" on routes 18c & 23
• Snacks will be provided. Help reduce waste at this event by bringing your own reusable water bottle and/or hot beverage cup! Additionally, we do our best to provide allergy-friendly snack options.
• Language access is important to us. There will be a Spanish Interpreter live interpreting for those who need it.
• This event may be subject to cancellation due to inclement weather or other changes in safety measures.
• We need volunteers to assist with set up and clean up If interested, make a volunteer profile at MiniNature.org/getinvolved and register for the event
• This event may take place indoors or outdoors. Participants will be asked to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. Please come prepared with appropriate walking shoes and sun protection. We do our best to provide an adequate resting area, including a shade tent and chairs
• We aim to make MiniNature Reserve an exciting, educational, and enjoyable experience for everyone. • Eat before coming We do not recommend that you save your lunch appetite for this class. We will have snacks available there, and the food we make together will be light. Think of it more like a tasting rather than a full meal.
• Sign the waiver at sign-in table.
• This is a demonstration chefs might ask participants to taste, plate, hand out food, but no one except the chefs is allowed to handle knives, operate the stove, or put things in/out of the oven

Cancelation/Late Policy

If you can't make it to the event, please notify us as soon as possible so we can notify people on the waitlist.

We issue no refunds of donations.

If you are15 minutes late, your spot will be passed on to the next person on the waitlist who is present and waiting for an open spot.

If you are on the waitlist, you can still come to the event in case of any no-shows. There will be other activities such as rock painting.

Esta es una demostración en la que los chefs pueden pedir a los participantes que prueben, sirvan y repartan comida, pero nadie, excepto los chefs, puede manipular cuchillos, operar la estufa o meter o sacar cosas del horno.

Política de cancelación/retraso

Si no puede asistir al evento, notifíquenos lo antes posible para que podamos notificar a las personas en la lista de espera.

Si llega 15 minutos tarde, su lugar se pasará a la siguiente persona en la lista de espera que esté presente y esperando un lugar libre.

Si está en la lista de espera, aún puede asistir al evento en caso de que no se presente. Habrá otras actividades como pintar rocas y agregar plantas a la Mini Reserva Natural en la esquina.
