In-Person at Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria, Dr. Josee Poulin and Rachelle Rocha will be discussing many of the common ways that we are exposed to toxicity and how to prevent and minimize the impacts of these exposures. Dr. Poulin is a medical doctor with a specialty in functional medicine. After the presentation, we will be featuring a cooking demonstration of seasonal produce that supports good health, and we will be eating together and answering questions.
ONLINE participation includes a moderated live chat, an opportunity to also ask questions - but this opens up the opportunity for people who live far away.
