Welcome to Emotional Fitness Studio: Monthly wellness workshops to learn, refuel, recalibrate, renourish, and conduct maintenance to our emotional well-being. Each session for only $10 per person.

About the presenter:
Elizabeth is a dietitian nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity. She loves helping her clients transform their relationship with food, experience body image healing, and focus on prioritizing their health.
