Do you know how to eat and move for your mental health?Do you want to optimise your nutrition for better clarity, mood and overall mental wellbeing?
Are you feeling stressed out and struggle to wind down for the evening?
Would you like to be in a supported non-judgemental environment, all whilst gaining clarity on how your nutritional choices may be affecting your mental health, as well as moving in a way that supports your wellbeing?
No fads, quick fixes or false promises, just a non-judgemental space for you to be empowered by knowledge and restored by deep relaxation.
What’s included:
- 45 minute presentation by a Registered Associate Nutritionist
- Q&A
- 45 minutes of a gentle stretch and breath techniques from a complementary therapist and yoga instructor
- Hot chocolate or Herbal tea
- Mental Health Planner
- Some goodies
This workshop is as inclusive as it comes. We don’t require you to have any knowledge in nutrition or yoga, just the willingness to participate.
