Join us for a cozy, flavorful evening as we celebrate the season with a special three-course food and beer pairing benefiting Lily’s Rescue Rehab! Each round features a Transparent Brewing Co. beer paired with a Thanksgiving-inspired dish — plus, guests will receive recipe cards to take home.
🍽️ The Pairings:
1️⃣ Festive Fraulein (Märzen/Lager) with Gouda & Aged White Cheddar Beer Cheese served with Kielbasa & Garlic Boule
2️⃣ Lucent Galaxies (Pale Ale) with Chimichurri Marinated Beef Filet and Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes
3️⃣ Lady in Gray Grisette (Light Farmhouse Ale) with Spiced Pumpkin Galette
🎟️ Tickets: $60 per person + tax — or opt to round up your invoice total to include a donation to Lily’s Rescue Rehab!
