Food and Fit: (by Dancing w/out Sin and Cooking 4 Fitness)

The Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community. Join Cooking4Fitness and Dancing w/out Sin for a fun combo event! Chef April Perton & Coach Steph will provide an interactive cooking demonstration for fall treats followed by fitness to help with your 2026 heath and nutrition goals. As a bonus, you'll have something free from the event to help you make healthier meals at home.

Cooking demo (protein): 3:30pm -4:15pm

Fitness (Easy strength building for arms): 4:15pm -5:00pm

If you only want to come for one class or the other , we understand. However, there is a raffle for participants who attend both!

*Disclaimer: Unsupervised childcare area is available. Parents responsible for children at all times.
