No Resale Over Face Value: Foo Fighters is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. States Blocking Artist Resale Terms: New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions.
