Registration Fees

Entire Conference: $550

Registration for the entire Summit is $550 and includes access to all the talks, 3 lunches, 2 evening receptions with heavy hors d'oeuvre, and coffee breaks with snacks throughout the day. Because of limited space in the chapel, Summit liturgies are open only to full conference participants, and access to all events requires showing the badge given to you upon check-in. We have striven to keep this event as affordable as possible; unfortunately no clergy discounts are available.

Single-Day Rates: $200 per day (Liturgies not included)

A $200 day rate includes most events on the selected day(s), including talks, fora, and meals. As space in the chapel is limited, only those who register for the full conference may attend. Access to all events requires showing the badge full conference registrants will be given upon check-in.

Begins July 1, registration from 12:30 pm to 4 pm followed by Solemn Pontifical Vespers.

Most meals provided. Registrants are responsible for booking their own lodging and travel.Please see the “Hospitality & Travel” page of the official Summit website for special hotel rates at nearby hotels, especially if you're traveling on a tight budget.

No housing is available for clergy or other attendees at the Seminary. We encourage clergy attending to contact priests they may know in the area to see if there is any space available at nearby rectories if they would prefer not to stay in a hotel.
