Fonduing It Right for Valentines Day 2026 @ Highlands Distillery

*THE EVENT*

Come and enjoy a decadent pairing of chocolate fondue and a meticulously crafted cocktail from Highlands Distillery. Picnic, our on site food truck, will be creating Basque cheesecake, house made strawberry waffles, and house made pizzelless with ripe, fresh fruit on hand. Take your date out for an unforgettable night with a collaborative cocktail featuring crisp winter flavors and take the fondue pot home so you can do it again.

*THE COCKTAIL*

Made in a French press with fresh lemon wheels, thyme, carrots and beets (for color!). We add lemon juice, turbinado syrup, and vodka and press to create an aptly colored and refreshing cocktail perfect for these winter months and the special day of Valentines.

*THE FONDUE*

Chocolate fondue made with Colorado based Chocolove chocolate & cream, served with Basque cheesecake, house made strawberry waffle, and house made pizzelles. We are adding a gluten-free option this year, details to come on baked offerings for that selection. Strawberries, bananas, mandarins and apples will be sliced and plated for you, all you have to do is dip, drink, and delight. Take the fondue set home with you at the end of your night to relive the memories for years to come!
